Q. Do I have to have an account to access Dashboard information?

A. No, simply type in your email address and your pass ID and click on 'view dashboard" to access your stats. Or, click here to create a MyRide login. Then you can create a Dashboard username on the Dashboard page.

Q. What information does Dashboard give me?

A. Overview of your day on the mountain, vertical metres covered, lifts ridden, most recent runs and percentage of the mountain accessed for the day

Q. Do I have to sign up for dashboard as soon as I buy my pass/ticket?

A. No, Dashboard automatically records data from the first lift you catch, even if you log on at the end of the season it will have all your stats recorded.

Q. Why use Dashboard?

A. Compete and compare with your friends and family for the most lifts and vertical metres ridden in the day, week or month, and share with each other your experiences at Perisher.

Q. What can I do with my stats once I've logged on?

A. Brag to your friends about your results and achievements with friends and family on Facebook and Twitter.

Q. Does it cost to join MyRide and Dashboard?

A. No, MyRide and Dashboard are free to access with your purchase of lift ticket/pass.

Q. Can other users see my name and information?

A. When you create an account if you would prefer others not to see your full name you can make up a username e.g. extremeskier .

Q. Can my kids log on too?

A. Yes, Dashboard is for everyone, you can link your kids account to a parents or guardians account (kids under 14 must be linked to a parents or guardians account).

Q. Can I see on a map where I've skied or boarded?

A. Yes, there is a trail map that shows you the areas you have visited as well as a list of the lifts you have ridden.

Q. Is the site hard to use?

A. No, stats are shown in charts, graphs and tables making it easy to navigate and interpret.

Q. What is the interactive leader board?

A. It's an interactive table that shows your vertical metres ranked against others categorised by gender, age, and skier/snowboarder.

Q. Can I access my Dashboard from my Phone?

A. Yes, our latest version of iPhone App and mobile website includes Dashboard. Dashboard has been optimised to load quicker and be easier to read for mobile phone users. Go to the iTunes appstore or www.perisher.com.au/mobile

Q. What are Dashboard Badges?

A. Dashboard badges are awarded when you have visited different resort areas, achieved certain vertical meters, various days spent on the hill as well as a host of others. How many badges can you get in one day?

Q. Are there more features to be added to Dashboard?

A. Yes, we are constantly adding to and developing new features for Dashboard throughout the season.
