AMENDMENTS: A fee of $60 per person, per amendment, will apply to all reservations altered after the deposit has been paid.

BEST PRICE GUARANTEE:

1. If you find a lower price for an Equivalent Package within 72 hours of making your reservation, we will beat it by 5% and refund you the difference or cancel your reservation without penalty.
2. 'Equivalent Package' means the exact same package, arrival and departure dates, refund and payment policies, accommodation type, property, quality level, number of guests, package inclusions, number of nights and same lift tickets for the same number of days as the Original Package booked by the client.
3. Accommodation property must have availability for the Equivalent Package at the price quoted at the time of presenting the competitor quote.
4. The Equivalent Package rate must be available to all travellers and does not apply to award redemptions or group rates.
5. Does not apply to rates offered without the specific accommodation and location being disclosed until after the Customer completes the reservation.
6. Does not apply where rates are shown in error.
7. Documentation of the lower priced Equivalent Package will be required to be provided by the client.
8. Claim must be made in writing.
9. Guarantee may be amended at any time without notice.
10. We reserve the right to limit sale quantities to retail quantities.

CANCELLATION: If notice of cancellation is received in writing 8 weeks prior to arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 15% of total booking. If less than 8 weeks notice of cancellation is given, then all monies are forfeited.

INSURANCE: We strongly recommend that you insure against loss of deposit in the event of having to cancel your reservation for any reason.

NOTE: The Perisher Valley Hotel is a non smoking property.

PARKING: Limited overnight parking is available in Perisher Valley at $25 per night (please enquire at time of booking and can not be guaranteed). Secure overnight and long-term parking is available at Skitube, Bullocks Flat.

PAYMENT: ONLINE BOOKINGS: Full payment is required at the time of booking. EMAIL OR PHONE BOOKINGS: Prior to 1 June, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required within 7 days to confirm your reservation and the balance of payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Reservations will be cancelled without notice if monies are not received on or before the due date. From 1 June: Full payment required on confirmation of booking.

RATES: Rates are per person, inclusions are stipulated under each package type and are subject to availability.

SKITUBE: In order to maximise passenger comfort and safety, luggage restrictions will apply to Skitube during peak operational periods.
