Living and working in the snow is a unique and exciting experience where you can combine your experience in child care while fulfilling your desire to ski or snowboard.

Perisher Ski Resort is looking for passionate early childhood professionals to work in our day care centre, which provides high quality care to our youngest guests.

We are seeking qualified and unqualified early childhood professionals to provide a caring environment that is responsive of children’s needs and ensures the well being of each child in our care.

QUALIFIED CHILD CARE WORKERS

Essential criteria

  • Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent
  • First Aid Certificate

Essential experience or skills

  • Experience working in long day care or occasional care environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of current regulations and child protection regulations

UNQUALIFIED CHILD CARE WORKERS

Essential experience or skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment

Desirable experience or skills

  • Experience working in long day care or occasional care environment
  • Current studies in child care beneficial (Certificate 3 in children’s services)

All applicants should be enthusiastic with excellent communications skills, and have the ability to contribute to a great team environment.
