| Perisher Winter Sports Club Pathway to Success | |
| Congratulations go out to all Australian athletes who competed so admirably in the Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver. No less than eleven members of the Australian Team, who gave their all on the biggest stage there is, including Torah Bright and Dale Begg-Smith, trained and developed their skills in Perisher. Just about all had at one time participated in Perisher’s Winter Sports Club (WSC) programs as a pathway to their Olympic dreams. Perisher’s Winter Sports Club (WSC) conducts a variety of season long programs specially designed for enthusiasts to develop and progress their snow riding skills. Ranging from programs to introduce children three years old and up to skiing, through to coaching for elite athletes in Skier and Boarder Cross, Moguls, Halfpipe, Alpine Racing and Freeride, the WSC recruits highly qualified coaches from Australia and around the world to provide the best ski and snowboard training tuition.
