2010 prices, products and programs will be released in early 2010

Milo Explorer Kids - 8 to 14 years

This popular full day program is offered to children of all ability levels and kids can choose between skiing, boarding or both. A fun filled program with an emphasis on technical skills, this can be a day or week of mountain exploration.

On-snow activities and duration will be determined by the needs of all children in the group as well as prevailing weather conditions.

Location: Ski programs at Perisher Valley and Smiggin Holes. Board programs at Perisher Valley from 28 June to 30 August.

Discipline Crossover: 24 hour advanced notification must be received by Snowsports School office and will be subject to availability. Equipment change will be the responsibility of the parent.

Ticket Sales: Tickets can be purchased at any Perisher ticket counter from 8:00am.

Outdoor Check-in/Pick up: Children can be checked-in from 9:15am at the Outdoor Kids Learning Area, pick up is at 3:30pm. Please ensure that all your child’s belongings are clearly labelled and all registration paperwork is completed prior to check-in.

Info Early check in: During peak periods (13 to 26 July and 1 to 30 August) we offer the convenience of early check in from 9.00am at the Outdoor Kids Learning Area.

Full Day Explorer: 9:30am to 3:30pm (meeting time 9:15am) - includes supervision, lunch, lessons plus mountain access.

For the benefit of all children late arrivals (after 10.00am) may not be able to join the morning on-snow session once lessons have commenced. Children will be cared for indoors until they are able to join the lesson at lunch.

What to bring:

  • An approved snowsports helmet
  • Appropriate warm clothing for outdoor conditions
  • Waterproof gloves or mittens
  • Sunglasses and/or goggles
  • Sunscreen
  • Skis and ski boots

Lesson availability is dependent on demand. Not all advertised lesson times may be available; please enquire when making a booking. A minimum of four persons constitutes a Group Lesson. The duration of lessons for groups with less than 4 persons may be reduced.
