What
The Snowy Mountains Trade Fair is the ideal opportunity for suppliers to the Southern New South Wales and Northern Victorian industries to show case their full range of products to people who make or influence the purchase decision at one location.
The Snowy Mountains Trade Fair in association with SBX (System Built Exhibitions) will provide over 90 stands ranging in size from 4.5m2 to 12m2, all under the one roof at $175.00 per square metre including GST. Each stand will include 2.4 metre high wall panels which are covered in steel frontrunner fabric; two 150 watt track lights; one double 4 amp capacity power unit and company name on the fascia.

Why
Allow potential buyers to gain a full appreciation of your product/services whilst developing a personal and direct relationship with new and existing clients. Bump in / Set Up
The Station will open for exhibitors to set up on the day prior to the trade fair from 8am to 6pm and set up must be completed by Tuesday 9am. SBX will also be on site on the day prior to the trade fair, and we suggest all exhibitors take the time to set up on this day so that the trade fair can run smoothly for all concerned.
Bump out / Pull Down
The trade fair will finish at 4pm on the Wednesday and exhibitors will not be allowed to bump out before this time as it is disappointing for buyers who have travelled to find exhibitors that they wish to see have started to leave before the official closing time. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to remove all rubbish from their stand at the end of the trade fair or an additional cleaning fee may be applicable. The Station encourages that exhibitors with any leftover stock donate this to the local community, namely the Berridale Hostel as we do not condone goods being given to people for free.
Cancellation Policy
In the case of cancellation of an exhibition stand/s please be advised that unless the organisers are able to resell the exhibition stand /s there will be no refund on monies paid.
