Frequently asked questions

Can I change programs after initial sign-up?

Sometimes it is difficult to choose the right program prior to spending time on snow with a coach. We are happy to assist you with any program changes to ensure everybody has an enjoyable and productive season.

Once registered for instalment payments, can I change payment terms?

Please read the complete terms and conditions before applying, as once you have committed to instalment payments and your first instalment has been paid, you will be unable to change the payment terms. In the event that instalment payments are declined, whatever the reason you will remain liable for the debt and additional fees will be incurred.

How do I receive my early sign up discount?

To receive the early sign-up rate you must register before the advertised cut-off date (26 May) for the program of your choice. Payment information must accompany your registration or it will not be processed. No exceptions will be made post the cut-off date.

How do I register and pay for my season pass?

In 2009 we will again extend the Early Bird Season Pass offer to members who register for a FULL WSC program (excluding WSC Camps, Special Programs and individual weekend training) until 2 June 2009. Discounted Season Passes will not be authorised unless registration information, waivers and payment details are completed and received by 4pm on 26 May 2009. Regular Retail Season Pass rates will apply after this date.

Where do I go on the first program day?

On the first program day, all WSC programs meet at Blue Cow (outside the Skitube building near the WSC sign). Please check in with the Blue Cow Snowsports Office staff to receive directions to the meeting place of your team for that day.

How are the training groups determined?

Generally training groups are based on experience and skill level to ensure that all participants are challenged and enjoy a safe learning environment.

Age is also an important factor as maturity level and physical development can influence the group dynamics and each individuals learning progression.

Who will be my coach?

We recruit highly qualified coaches from Australia and around the world to provide the best ski and board training programs. Once we are able to determine how many coaches will be required for each program we will be able to assign the coaches. As all instructors and coaching staff are employed on a seasonal basis, we will not be aware of their plan to return until around Easter time.

What do I do about accommodation?

Unfortunately Perisher WSC is unable to assist with accommodation requests, however, you may want to contact Perishe Snow Holidays on 1300 655 811 for some suggestions or alternatively one of the local real estate agents are a good start.

Where can I find my programs training schedule?

Please go to WSC Information & Update and you will find the proposed training calendar for each program under “Downloads”.
