All Winter Sports Club programs are available to purchase through our Online Store. Please visit shop.perisher.com.au/eStore It is important that prior to visiting our Online Store you familiarise yourself with our programs to avoid incorrect purchases.
When registering online, full payment will be required at the time of booking. In the event that payment is not processed prior to program commencement, program participation may not be permitted.
As an alternative to the Online Store, please contact Perisher Snow Holidays on 1300 655 811 to assist with program registration and payment.
Early sign-up rates are offered until 31 May 2012, to receive early sign-up rates, registration and payments must be received before the cut-off date.
How do I register for a program?
Please go to www.perisher.com.au/wsc and follow the provided links. Have your credit card handy for your purchase.
Where do I meet my coach?
The normal meeting place is at Blue Cow, outside the terminal building at the Winter Sports Club sign. All Development Team programs will meet at Perisher Valley at the Village Eight Express near the Manor Hotel. Mini Mites programs will meet inside the Discovery Kids Centre in the lower arcade of the Perisher Centre.
What is a 10-Pack?
A 10-Pack offers casual participation in most of our full time programs on a flexible "10 day any day" system throughout the season. The dates that can be selected are listed on the training dates webpage and the WSC office will require notification at least 7 days prior to participation. Requested training dates are subject to availability.
What is a 4-Pack?
A 4-Pack offers mid-week training participation in addition to our core programs which are conducted on weekends. This will allow for a personalised training schedule based on each individual's ability to commit to certain amount of training sessions. You may purchase as many packs as you wish (see training calendar for available training dates). 4-packs can only be purchased in addition to the core program and will expire within the individual training week and unused days cannot be transferred to any other week.
Where do I find out about my program's training schedule?
Check the training dates webpage, for any updates throughout the season, please go to the WSC program and race update site.
All programs are subject to a minimum number of participants to proceed.
Helmet use is mandatory for all participants during training and racing time for Winter Sports Club programs.
During the season, some program start times will vary due to training schedules. Athletes must stay in contact with their coaches and check the website for updates.
Daily start and finish times and training dates may vary according to weather, snow conditions and race schedules, please check for updates on the WSC website.

In the case that a WSC member is injured during the season and the nature of the injury prevents further participation in the registered program, a Snowcheck to the value of the remaining program days may be issued. Application for a Snowcheck will need to be submitted in writing with an accompanying doctor’s certificate. Details of the refund policy are available from the WSC office.
Perisher reserves the right to alter or amend any programs. Prices, services and conditions are correct at the time of printing but may be subject to change without notice at Perisher’s absolute discretion. All WSC programs are non-transferable, non-refundable and are offered subject to minimum participation levels. Credit for missed sessions or days will not apply.

Entry to all children’s races, excluding the Grand Prix Series, will be the responsibility of the child’s parents. Please note, event waivers and release forms must be signed by the child’s parents or guardians.
To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children, acceptance of all race registrations is at the discretion of the relevant Race Department. Please contact your child’s coach for advice and assistance before deciding to enter events.
The WSC will provide coaching support at selected events only. The cost of accommodation and transport for accompanying coaches at events not held at Perisher is not included in the program price. Parents will be advised of any additional costs per athlete for the accompanying coach’s accommodation and travelling expenses prior to the event.
Please note, coaches attending competitions not held at Perisher are provided to support and coach the WSC athletes only. Perisher is not responsible for the supervision of athletes outside of normal coaching hours. Perisher suggests that parents accompany their children to competitions or make arrangements for other parents to assume a duty of care when travelling to and from competitions and outside the on-snow coaching period. The WSC office will assist in coordinating and entering athletes into events. All other arrangements, eg transport and accommodation, are the responsibility of the child’s parents.
Each program caters for a recommended age group and these age categories are guidelines only. If you feel that your child should be in a different age group we will be happy to assess the circumstances on an individual basis.
