PASS REFUND PROTECTION DETAILS

Coverage

Coverage applies for Perisher season pass products, valid for the 2019 Australian season and 2019/20 Northern American season, June 8, 2019 through April 13, 2020 and does not apply to any other products including a Skitube Season Pass.  Refunds will not be provided beyond April 13, 2020. All refunds are the cost of the pass minus a daily rate for every day used (June 8, 2019 – April 13, 2020) up to the face value of the season pass. For example, if you make a claim in August after using your pass three times previously, your refund amount will take three days of prior pass use into account.

If You Accept:

  • Pre-Season Pass Cancellations: For incidents that occur prior to the start of the ski season, you will be reimbursed for the full cost of your season pass (less any amounts paid for Pass Refund Protection or a Skitube Season Pass) if you’re unable to use it for the entire season, due to a covered reason.*
  • Season Interruption Reimbursements (pro-rated): For incidents that occur after the ski season begins, we will reimburse the cost of the pass minus a daily usage fee for every day used up to the face value of the season pass if you are no longer able to use the season pass due to a covered reason. Subject to the terms and conditions available in full here, covered reasons include sickness, injury, job transfer, complications of pregnancy, normal pregnancy or childbirth, military deployment, employer termination or layoff, death of a family member and where your primary residence becomes uninhabitable.*

If You Decline:

  • Refund Ineligible: If you do not accept Pass Refund Protection, you will not be eligible for a refund of any kind, will not be permitted to cancel and understand that passes are non-transferable nor for re-sale.

If you have already purchased your pass and wish to purchase Pass Refund Protection, please email our Guest Contact Centre at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..  Pass Refund Protection will only be offered through May 1, 2019 or 30 days after you purchase your pass (whichever date comes earlier).
