Perisher's Snow Tube Park Information

Another great way to have fun and a fantastic ‘Snow Experience' in Perisher is Tube Town - the resort's snow tube park.

Tube Town & Snow Experience

Conveniently located on Mt. Piper, adjacent to the car park, Tube Town has specially groomed lanes allowing fun lovers and thrill-seekers of all ages to enjoy a high-speed ride down the slopes and a lift back to the top, on purpose built lifts. No skill is required, just the desire to have fun.

Snow Tubing is a fantastic low-cost snow experience for first time Perisher visitors in a fun, safe and organised environment as well as offering an exciting experience for seasoned snow lovers.

Snowmaking has been added to Tube Town to allow season long reliability. Please check for opening times.

• Location: South East slope of Mount Piper accessed directly from the Perisher car park. Follow the Tube Town directional signage.
• Lifts: 2 Rope tow lifts will transport tubes to the top of the Snow Tube ride.
• Tubes: Only Perisher supplied tubes allowed. 2 tube sizes to choose from.
• Tickets: Available from the ticket box at the foot of the tube run.
• Tube Park times:*
  • Mon-Thur: 10:30am to 3:30pm
  • Fri, Sat-Sun: 9:30 am to 4:30pm
  * subject to adequate snow depth

Recharge and buy a snack or drink from the Tube Town ticket office.

• Children 2 years of age and under are not permitted to ride.
• Riders under 1.1m tall must ride with an adult.
• All other riders must ride alone.
