Terms & Conditions

General Details

  • Child rates are 5 to 14 years inclusive. Children 4 and under stay free of charge but must pay for meals and lift tickets.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Kids stay free during June and September in motel rooms and self-contained apartments.
  • Internet bookings, accommodation advertisements, quotations and requests for reservations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until a confirmation letter has been sent by our reservations team to confirm the booking.
  • Check in and departure - Check in time is from 4pm and departure is 10am.
  • Cooking is strictly prohibited in rooms. Extra charges will apply if cooking appliances are found in rooms.
  • Room requests we reserve the right to change room type or room configuration before arrival.
  • Minimum 2 night stay applies for motel rooms and apartments.
  • Prior to 1 June a 25% deposit is due within 7 days of booking to confirm reservation. Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
  • From 1 June full payment required upon booking.
  • Amendments a service fee of $60 per room will be charged.

Changes & cancellations to reservations 

No changes will be made to bookings less than 7 days prior to arrival. This includes name changes to lift tickets.

If we are unable to provide you with the accommodation that you have booked or the resort is closed as a result of COVID-19, we will provide you with a full refund.

The Perisher Valley Hotel, The Station and Hotham Holidays will provide cancellation, change of dates, credit forward or full refund on all prepaid accommodation if;

  • You, a family member or travelling companion contract COVID-19 and are unable to travel on your intended dates; OR
  • Government policies due to COVID 19 prevent you from travelling on your intended dates; OR
  • Your transport is cancelled or disrupted due to COVID 19 preventing you from arriving in resort for your travel dates.

You will be required to provide supporting documentation such as a medical certificate when applying for a cancellation or reservation change. All claims, with supporting documentation, are to be submitted no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. This policy is in addition to the standard booking terms and conditions provided by The Perisher Valley Hotel, The Station and Hotham Holidays. In the event of any inconsistencies between these, this policy shall take precedence.

Epic Australia Pass Holder 

A valid Epic Australia Pass must be shown upon check in for all Epic Australia Pass bookings. Failure to provide a valid pass will result in being charged the full nightly rate. Only 1 room per Epic Australia Pass can be booked for each stay.

Cancellation Policy 

Less than 30 days prior to arrival – no refund or credit. More than 30 days prior to arrival – a refund of monies paid less a 15% cancellation service fee.

Travel Insurance 

We strongly recommend you insure against loss of deposit or monies paid in the event of having to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances.
