Snowmakers in Overdrive

It was a chilly night here at Perisher, with temperatures dipping to -4°C; prime conditions for our snowmakers to kick into gear. With 127 snow guns firing across the resort, our snowmaking team is hard at work building a solid base to help safely unlock more terrain in the coming days.

The snow will be firm and fast before softening later in the morning. Today, the V8 Chairlift will be spinning, with the Mitchell T-Bar on standby. Conveyors 3 and 4 will also be running, providing a great space for first-timers and young skiers or riders building confidence.

Oh, and keep a close watch on our socials today, we might have ANOTHER surprise in store...

We’re expecting a top of 3°C today, mostly cloudy with moderate to strong west-south-westerly winds. It’s going to be another chilly one out there, so make sure you pop your thermals on and check the Perisher lift report for updates.
