Private Lesson

Adult 2 Hour Lesson

• Learn how to ski or snowboard quickly with dedicated instructors

• Lessons available in Perisher Valley (early June & late September only), Smiggin Holes and Blue Cow

Discovery Kids

• Develop a lifelong passion for the sport with new skills that will take kids to the next level
• Full Day program available to 3 to 4 year old children
• Learn whilst having fun in a safe environment
• Great program for making new friends while exploring the mountain with child specialist instructors
• Kids must be toilet trained

Perisher Kids

• Great program for making new friends, learn whilst having fun in a safe environment
• Full Day program available to 5 to 14 year old children
• Explore all the mountain and terrain features with child specialist instructors
• Create a lifelong passion for the sport with new skills to reach their full potential
• For skiers and snowboarders of all ability levels

Child 3 Hour Lesson

• Gain confidence and progress, refine skills and tackle new and more challenging terrain
• For 5 to 14 year old children
• Maximise your child's time on snow with the help of our professional instructors
• Learn whilst having fun in a safe environment
• For skiers and snowboarders of all ability levels

Child Care

• Relax and enjoy your time on snow knowing your child is looked after by our experienced staff
• For children aged 6 months to 3 years
• Conveniently located on-snow in the Discovery Kids Centre in Perisher Valley
• Fun activities, indoor and outdoor play with our friendly staff
• Would your little one (2+years) like to try skiing? Add a 1 hour Little Stars lesson to the day as part of our child care program. Ski equipment is included. Conditions apply.

First Timer

Ability Level: This is your first time on snow. You have never skied or snowboarded before or require assistance to stop.

What Benefits You Can Expect From Your Lesson: You can expect to learn how to safely ride a beginner lift (conveyor or rope tow), make basic turns and control speed.

Beginner

Ability Level: You know the basics. You ride some chairlifts or T-bars and can ski or snowboard but lack confidence on easy terrain.  

What Benefits You Can Expect From Your Lesson: Expand your ability, ride beginner lifts and learn to control speed on green runs with linked smooth, gliding turns.

Intermediate

Ability Level: You can confidently link turns of varying sizes and start to move faster down the hill on green runs.

What Benefits You Can Expect From Your Lesson: Learn new skills and take your turns onto blue terrain. Become more dynamic in your skiing or snowboarding, link your turns on steeper terrain, use a variety of turn shapes and prepare for more challenging terrain.

Advanced

Ability Level: You have mastered every groomed run, you are competent and confidently control your speed. 

What Benefits You Can Expect From Your Lesson: Learn how to carve short, medium and long turns, get off-piste and improve technique and tactics to tackle the steeps, variable conditions, terrain parks or natural terrain features.
