Fresh snow has landed at Perisher! We received a dusting of 3cm overnight, with more forecast to fall throughout the day. Check the Snow Stake to see for yourself!
It's currently -2°C in Perisher Valley, with a top of 1°C expected, so rug up if you're heading up the mountain today. Expect cloudy skies again, scattered snow showers, and westerly winds of 25 to 35km/h.
Our snowmakers made the most of the cool overnight temperatures, firing up 194 guns from 5:35pm and still running at time of writing, giving Mother Nature a hand topping up the base. Meanwhile, the grooming team have prepared 42 runs with fresh cord, ready for you to carve up.
