Today at Perisher

Sunny laps for Sunday!

The sunshine continues at Perisher, with another clear day and a top of 11°C. Winds stay gentle, blowing north-easterly at around 12km/h.

Low overnight humidity meant we could fire up the snow guns again, with 199 guns running across the resort from 6:00pm and still going this morning. With man-made snow topping up the groomers, conditions will again be firm and fast.

After a string of new lift openings earlier in the week, plus yesterday's opening of the Home Rope Tow, we now have 32 lifts open and scheduled to spin today. As always, check the lift report for real-time updates on lift operations, or download the Perisher App.

In between runs, catch some live music around the resort. Indie folk duo SAIJE return to Jax Bar, while The Wildfires head up to Blue Cow, bending the boundaries of country, blues and soul.

Enjoy the sunny laps!

*Natural snow depth is supplemented with snowmaking in certain areas. Natural snow depth is measured at roughly 1,830m by Snowy Hydro Limited who have invested in new instrumentation across the Snowy Scheme and can now provide more frequent snow depth readings at a site close to the Spencers Creek snow course. This near real-time snow depth information is available HERE.
