ROAD TURNAROUND ENACTED
What do I do now?
Transport for NSW has declared that there is no further capacity to park vehicles at Perisher Resort and has enacted a traffic turnaround prior to vehicles entering the National Park. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Read on to find out what to do next.
Your options right now:
Catch the Skitube
Access is still available to Perisher via the Skitube. Park at Bullocks Flat and travel to Perisher by Skitube.
If you already have products purchased for today, you can login to your account and purchase your Skitube ticket at the add-on price.
The Skitube timetable can be found here
I am booked for a lesson, and I might be late
If you are delayed due to the road closure, head straight to the Skitube. Once there, you have a couple of options:
- Purchase your Skitube ticket at the add-on price (as per instructions above) and hop on the first available train. If you are still late for your lesson, you can see the Guest Services staff at the lower level of the Perisher Centre when you arrive.
- If you encounter heavy passenger traffic at the Skitube terminal and are not likely to make the first available train, you can see the staff at the Guest Services counter to discuss your options.
We will do our best to move you into a later lesson on the same day, including an afternoon option where available. However, if you arrive after your scheduled lesson time, availability may be limited and we cannot guarantee an alternative lesson that day.
Who can I contact for more help
Please see Guest Services at either Bullocks Flat, Skitube Terminal or the Perisher Centre on arrival if you require immediate assistance.
Alternatively, you can contact us here and we will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible.
