Today at Perisher

Sunny breaks and soft snow

The day is just getting started at Perisher, with temperatures sitting at 3°C and a top of 9°C expected. Conditions will be partly cloudy, with some sunny breaks through the day and gentle, north westerly winds of up to 17km/h.

The V8 will remain closed while we wait for snow and colder temperatures. The Front Valley Conveyor is still open for those eager to clip into their skis or snowboard, or beginners looking for a mellow spot to learn.

The hike park is also open and waiting for you, so round up your mates and get a few laps in on the rails and boxes.

Natural snow depth is measured at roughly 1,830m by Snowy Hydro Limited who have invested in new instrumentation across the Snowy Scheme and can now provide more frequent snow depth readings at a site close to the Spencers Creek snow course.
