Coldest Morning of the Year! (So Far!)

Good morning and welcome to officially the coldest morning on record for this year at Perisher!

It’s a crisp start to your Monday with temperatures currently sitting at a chilly -11°C, and it feels like -15°C, so make sure you rug up this morning. We're expecting a top of 2°C today, with light southeast winds and clear, sunny skies; it is set to be a GORGEOUS day out there!

Our grooming team has been hard at work preparing 103 runs for you, so there's plenty of terrain to explore today! This weekend's snowfall has freshened up the slopes nicely, so it will be some of that perfect soft corduroy every skier and snowboarder dreams about this morning, so make sure you head up early to make the most of it!

Remember, alpine conditions can change quickly, so make sure you head to the Perisher Lift Report for the latest updates and opt-in to ‘Snow & Weather’ and ‘Lift & Operations’ notifications in the Perisher app so you’re always in the loop.

WHAT TO WEAR:
It’s cold this morning, so make sure you’re wearing thermal base layers to keep warm. Even though it's cold, don't forget the SPF with that sun out! Need an extra layer? Head into Perisher Sports or Slopestyle and our expert team will help you out with everything you need.

LENS OF THE DAY:

With those gorgeous sunny skies, a variable or high light lens is perfect for clear vision today.
