Good morning from Perisher!

It’s a beautiful spring morning here, with plenty of sunshine and light south-westerly winds. We’re expecting a top of 7°C today, so it’s the perfect time to hit the slopes for some fun. Our grooming team has laid fresh cord on 31 runs overnight, and while the snow will be firm to start due to last night's low of -5°C, expect it to soften quickly under the sun for a smooth ride as the day progresses.

Today is the final day of the Kingdom of Smiggs for the 2025 season so make sure you head over for one last lap!

As we move into the final weeks of the season, operations will begin to gradually wind down, with all lifts at Blue Cow now closed. It’s been an incredible winter, and to keep as much terrain open for as long as possible, we’ll be focusing our efforts on select resort areas to deliver the best possible experience right through to our projected closing day on Monday, 6 October.

With the sunshine out, it's a great day for a lightweight base layer and a waterproof shell jacket or riding hoodie. Don’t forget your sunscreen, don’t finish the day looking like a lobster!
