If you've stopped in at Mid-Station over the years, you'll know it's more than just a place to grab a bite. It's where families regroup after a morning on the slopes, friends swap stories from their latest run and mini shredders take a well-earned hot chocolate break.

That's why we're excited to share that Mid-Station is entering a new chapter.

Over the past few months, we’ve worked with experts on plans for a complete refurbishment designed to create an even better experience for guests. The first phase of this fit-out has taken place, and while the biggest changes are still to come, visitors this winter will be the first to see the journey begin.

Introducing Sugar & Snow

The first stage of the refurbishment is complete, with the arrival of Sugar & Snow – a colourful new pick-and-mix lolly experience designed to add a little extra magic to a day on the mountain.

From classic favourites to sweet treats, guests can create their own custom mix and take home a bag packed with exactly what they love. Whether you're rewarding the kids after a lesson, fuelling up for another lap or simply embracing your inner child, Sugar & Snow is all about creating fun moments and lasting memories.

It's the first glimpse of the future direction for Mid-Station: a more engaging, welcoming and memorable experience for guests of all ages.

 

A Sneak Peek at the Future

To help bring the vision to life, we wanted to share some concept renderings of the complete Mid-Station experience.

These designs offer a glimpse of what's ahead and showcase how the venue will evolve into a refreshed mountain destination for families, groups and skiers looking to take a break between runs.

 If you want to see the what the full fit out will look like, you’ll have to head to Mid-Station this season where a full walk through of the final refurbishment will be on display.

While the transformation will be completed over the next summer, one thing won't change: Mid-Station's place at the heart of a day on the mountain.

While we're excited about what's already arrived and what’s planned, we're even more excited about what's coming next!

As part of the next stage of the refurbishment, Mid-Station will not only receive a complete venue refresh, but we’ll be also providing an updated menu offering for the 2027 season.
