Last Laps of the 2026 Season

16 September 2026

Our teams have given it all that they have to keep us skiing and riding as long as we can, and we’re proud to be the last resort open in Australia. But unfortunately, it’s now almost time for our lifts to stop spinning.

We've been doing everything we can to keep lifts spinning as long as possible, and with some fresh snow and cold temperatures overnight and today, we've been able to make snow for over 16 hours. But with the forecast calling for warmer temperatures ahead, we expect our last day of lift operations to be Friday 25 September.

That means our final weekend of operations will be this weekend. We want to bring the season home in true Perisher style, with our inaugural Splash & Dash Tube Slide Challenge this Saturday, a few final laps through the week, and a celebration of the people, effort and energy that carried us through winter!

While it hasn't quite been the ending we wanted, we're still looking to make the most of it wherever we can. Front Valley, the Quad Express and Leichhardt are all still open for those wanting to squeeze in their final laps of the season, and the park features will remain in place for as long as conditions allow. Both adults and children’s lessons will also operate through to Friday 25 September.

If you’re planning on visiting before closing day, lift tickets will be $159 a day for the final week and Bring A Mate invites are 50% off.

The Winter Clearance Sale is also still on at our retail stores, with selected gear, apparel and more up to 50% off at Slopestyle and Perisher Sports. Plus, Epic Australia Pass holders receive an additional 15% off the marked down price. Head in store before Sunday 6 September to score some great savings!

If you visited us, or are planning to visit us for some final laps, we want to thank you for supporting Perisher and the local community. We look forward to seeing you in 2027!
