The first day of winter has seen  temperatures drop to minus nine degrees and 30cm of snow fall across the four resort areas. This fantastic early season snowfall and ideal snowmaking conditions mean that Perisher’s Opening Weekend will be one to remember.

Perisher will be opening early with the Village Eight Express set to open for skiing and boarding this Friday 5 June. 

Saturday 6 June will see the Perisher Express Quad chairlift open for skiing and boarding to Mid-station as well as a number of skier conveyors on Front Valley. The Perisher Express will also open to the Top-station for sightseeing across the weekend. With continued cold temperatures and great snowmaking conditions, more lifts may open for the weekend!
