EpicService: It's the little things that make a big difference

 

Every day our staff work hard to create an experience of a lifetime for their fellow employees and our guests. It’s the little things that make a big difference, from providing exceptional customer service, to making sure each and every guest who visits Perisher leaves with a smile and positive memory of their time here.

So to reward those who go that extra mile, it’s our turn to give them an experience of a lifetime, through the annual EpicService Award. Epic Service is about recognising a staff member that goes above and beyond to deliver an experience of a lifetime.

Last year, Perisher’s long-serving Hire Manager Allan Rowson, was the well deserving recipient of Perisher’s 2015 EpicService Award after being nominated by his fellow peers.

As part of the award, Allan received fully hosted trip to Heavenly Resort at Lake Tahoe, USA where he was presented his award together with all the Epic Service winners from across Vail Resorts.
