Today at Perisher

Make the most of today’s sunshine!

Tuesday's shaping up as another mostly sunny day at Perisher, with the temperature reaching a high of 9°C and light westerly winds topping out at 17km/h.

Although temperatures are running slightly above normal, low humidity overnight let our snowmaking team get to work, with 89 guns running through the early evening to top up the base. Expect the same firm, fast conditions underfoot as yesterday.

29 lifts are expected to spin again today, but as always, keep an eye on the lift report for real-time updates, or download the Perisher App to stay in the loop.

A warm welcome to all our guests competing in the ACT and Regional NSW Interschools this week! To our other guests: please note racing will be taking place on Front and Centre Valley, so it might be worth starting your days at other resort areas like Smiggins or Blue Cow.

The Ski & Board Demo Days continue on Front Valley, with Burton, Nitro, Jones, Rossignol, Head, and Elan all in-resort showcasing their latest gear! If you're in the market for new equipment, be sure to say hello and put it to the test!

Night Skiing and Boarding is also on tonight from 6:00-8:30pm, offering a unique way to experience Perisher after dark. Ski under the stars, enjoy the live music, and catch the 7:00pm fireworks!

There's plenty on this week, including further demo days, live music, Station gigs, Christmas in July and more, so check the Events page or follow Perisher's socials to stay across it all! A cool change is on the way too, so get out there and make the most of the last of the bright, sunny conditions!

*Natural snow depth is supplemented with snowmaking in certain areas. Natural snow depth is measured at roughly 1,830m by Snowy Hydro Limited who have invested in new instrumentation across the Snowy Scheme and can now provide more frequent snow depth readings at a site close to the Spencers Creek snow course. This near real-time snow depth information is available HERE.
