Today at Perisher

The long weekend fun continues!

Mother Nature is serving us another stunning winter day for the long weekend! The temperature is currently sitting at -4 degrees this morning with a top of around 9 degrees expected as the day gets going. Winds are again looking calm and settled, making for another brilliant day on Front Valley.

The snow guns made the most of another cold, dry night — running from 6pm and still going at time of writing, keeping the base in great shape.

The V8 and the Front Valley Conveyor are both open and ready for one last long weekend lap.

Today is your last chance to soak up the Peak Festival with free live entertainment across the resort, so be sure to squeeze in some music between or after your laps.

Don't forget, the Epic Australia Pass remains the best value way to enjoy the season. Get unlimited days on the Epic Australia Pass, or any 4 days for just $168 a day with the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass. Grab yours now and make the most of winter 2026!

*Natural snow depth is supplemented with snowmaking in certain areas. Natural snow depth is measured at roughly 1,830m by Snowy Hydro Limited who have invested in new instrumentation across the Snowy Scheme and can now provide more frequent snow depth readings at a site close to the Spencers Creek snow course. This near real-time snow depth information is available HERE.
