Perisher’s $4 million Freedom Quad Chairlift will open for the first time in 2015. Perisher now has all four resort areas open including Perisher Valley, Blue Cow, Smiggin Holes and now Guthega, providing the largest choice of terrain in Australia.
The Freedom Chairlift was new in 2014 and unlocked Guthega to many Perisher skiers and snowboarders. Through the 2014 winter the Freedom Chairlift was one of the most popular lifts across Perisher’s four resort areas. This was due to fantastic terrain offered in Guthega, as well as the amazing views across to the Main Range and Australia highest peak Mt Kosciuszko (2228m).
Perisher now has all four resort areas open including Perisher Valley, Blue Cow, Smiggin Holes and now Guthega, providing the largest choice of terrain in Australia.
