Snow-Making It Happen

Ohhhh yeah, its brisk! Tuesday night saw temperatures dropping to minus 6 and overnight we saw temperatures fall to a bone chilling minus 13 degrees! This allowed our snowmaking team do their thing, blasting 225 guns throughout the night. They have put in a massive effort and have now been producing snow for 41 hours straight!

Further freezing temperatures are forecast to continue into well into the weekend allowing more terrain to open. Terminal and Summit Quad Chairs in Blue Cow will open on Friday, followed by the Mt Perisher Triple and Double Chairs on Saturday.

In addition to this, with the cold temps snowmaking will continue allowing the cover to be topped up and shaped back into that corduroy we crave! So what are you waiting for, come get some!
